If all of the family is coming to your place this Christmas, your pets will be happy to have you around, but might not be so keen on all of the new smells and noises that come with having a packed house.

Ideally, when temperatures start to drop significantly that’s when you make the move to bring your outside dogs in. However, if your dog needs to / prefers to stay outside make sure their winter experiences is as cosy as possible.

Be wary about what meat you feed your pet. If you do decide to give your pet a sliver of turkey, make sure that is well-cooked. Under-cooked or raw meat may contain salmonella bacteria, which can cause stomach upsets and food poisoning.
