I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one for rewards?

Nope, you’re all set! Customers with active accounts as of 28th January 2025, were automatically enrolled in our rewards program and received 50 points for their account.

Will I receive points for past purchases?

Points are credited only for orders placed after November 18, 2024, and while logged into your rewards account. Be sure to sign in before placing any new orders to start earning points.

What if I have multiple accounts? Can I combine my points?

Yes! Just reach out to our team at info@vetshopmax.com or call 1-866-560-6346, and we’ll help merge your accounts. Keep in mind that initial 50-point rewards can only be awarded once.

Is there a fee to start earning points?

Nope—sign-up is 100% free, and you’ll never pay to earn points. Visit our rewards page to get started!

How do I redeem my points?

When you’re ready to check out, make sure you’re signed into your account. You’ll see your available points displayed on the checkout screen. Simply click ‘Choose Reward’ to redeem points in increments of 250, with a maximum of 1000 points per order (500 points = $10 off).

How do points convert to dollars?

• 500 Points = $10 Off
• 750 Points = $15 Off
• 1000 Points = $20 Off

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Not at all! The more you shop, engage, and participate, the more points you can earn. Look out for seasonal sales and special events for even more earning opportunities.

Can I return my order if I redeemed points for a discount?

Yes, you can. If you return your entire order, the points you used for a discount will be credited back to your account.

I earned points on a purchase, but now I want to return it. What happens to my reward?

If you return an item after using rewards, the discount amount will be refunded to your account in points. For example, if you used $10 (500 points) on a purchase and return it, the $10 will go back to your account in points.

Do points expire?

Points expire after one year of inactivity. If we ever end the rewards program, all points will expire with it. We reserve the right to terminate accounts in cases of policy violations, such as reselling, excessive returns, or inappropriate program use.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

Be sure you were logged into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. If there was an error, contact us at info@vetshopmax.com or 1-866-560-6346 to apply points retroactively.

I should have earned points, but they haven’t shown up yet.

First, keep in mind that points may take a little time to process and will appear once your order has shipped. Try refreshing your browser, logging out, and back in, or check your ‘Rewards History’ for any updates. If there’s still an issue, contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I get my pet’s birthday 500 points reward?

Just add your pet’s birthday under “Ways to Earn Points” on our rewards page. We’ll send you a special 500-point code to use on their big day, valid for 30 days!

I registered my pet’s birthday but didn’t receive the code.

To ensure you get your pet’s birthday code, add their birthday at least 30 days before. If it’s too close, you’ll receive the code 30 days after signing up (this only applies for the first year). After that, you’ll get the code on their birthday every year!
