Free Fully Tracked Standard Shipping:
Orders over $125 enjoy complimentary shipping. For orders under $125, we offer standard shipping at a flat fee of $7.95. These orders are shipped via USPS, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.
AusPost Express Shipping:
You can also chose AusPost Express shipping for USD$19.95. Due to operational constraints, we are unable to offer AusPost Express to addresses in Guam, Puerto Rico or other addresses outside of the USA.
Shipping Partners:
To keep our prices competitive, we ship via DHL and AusPost, which hands off to USPS for final delivery.
Address Compatibility:
Some addresses may not be serviceable by USPS due to various reasons like new developments not yet in the USPS database, or inaccessible post boxes. If unsure about your address, use the USPS lookup tool. If your address isn’t listed or your post box is behind a locked gate or door, please contact your local post office or provide an alternative address.

Every VetShopMax order is fully tracked. Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey right to your doorstep.
Accurate Address Details:
Ensure to provide your complete and accurate address when ordering. We strive for successful deliveries, but cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details. Also, please make sure there's a secure spot for our delivery partners to leave your parcel. We cannot be liable for orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced after delivery to your address.
Hassle Free Refund or Replacement
If for any reason you are not happy with any non-prescription products(excluding stock marked as clearance) you order when you receive them, tell us why and then just return it unopened in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. Please note, stock marked "clearance" cannot be returned or replaced.
